Why did my order button go grey?
The quote is invalid. Hover the button for the reason: no size, leverage above the market maximum, or margin plus opening fee above your free USDC. Deposit more, lower the size, or lower the leverage.
Where did my USDC go after copying a trader?
It is reserved. The copy amount leaves your free balance while the copy is active and returns, plus or minus the mirrored PnL, when you stop.
Can I withdraw PLP straight away?
No. Redeems are queued and claimable after the vault's four-day lock-up, per request.
How often is funding paid?
Every hour, at the rate shown in the market bar. The countdown next to it is the time to the next payment.
What happens at liquidation?
Once the cross margin ratio hits 100% the position closest to its liquidation price is closed at mark and a 0.5% liquidation fee is taken from remaining margin. Other positions stay open.
Does a referral code change my fee tier?
No. Fee tiers come from PURR held in the wallet. A referral code rebates 10% of whatever fee you pay after tiers.
